Country Place Neighborhood

Country Place is a covenant neighborhood governed by an elected board of Homeowners Association Officers. The officers are elected at our annual Homeowners Association General Meeting on the second Tuesday in the month of September. 

Country Place offers quiet country living in a beautiful Columbia County neighborhood of large wooded lots set on gently rolling hills with a meandering stream. There is a community pool with a covered pavilion, restrooms, and picnic tables. Country Place also boasts a neighborhood playground, sport field, Little Library, and bench swings for adults. 

With all of this, we are still just minutes from Evans Towne Center, the Government Complex, the library, parks, doctors, restaurants and shopping.
